Please follow these steps if you would like to return an item to us:
Step 1: Before you send your item, please make sure that the following criteria are met:
  • The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way
  • The return is made within 14 days of delivery
Step 2: Initiate your return by completing the form below and sending it to us via email or including it with your return, so that we can associate it.
Step 3: Please package your item in its original packaging and send it with a shipping service of your choice to:

Step 4: Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
